Dear Sir,

I wish to extend a big thank you to your company and staff: I came home late from work on a Friday night to find a large window broken, I phoned about 5-6 glass companies only to find they had shut for the day, or responded by saying they could not send someone out untill Monday. I thought I will try one more company, which was yours, only to have the phone answered by a call centre operator, I left my details and resigned myself to not having my window fixed over the weekend, to my suprise, a staff member from your company phoned me back within 5 minutes, took all my details and said they would be out first thing in the morning, good to his word, your tradesman arrived bright and early, the job was very professionally done, all broken glass was cleaned up and taken away. I thank you for such prompt service.
